The FAA checkride consists of an oral exam and a practical flight test conducted by an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE). Your certified flight instructor ensures you meet all Airman Certification Standards (ACS) and conducts mock checkrides so you are fully prepared and confident on exam day.
